As part of the international competition “Réinventer Paris” (Reinvent Paris), the Philanthro-Lab project, designed by the RF Studio team and Perrot & Richard Architects for the Compagnie de Phalsbourg, won on the Hôtel de la Bûcherie site. This first incubator of philanthropy, innovative in its programming and its design, is set up as a place of welcoming, meetings and sharing, intended both for coworking and consulting missions.

A space dedicated to philantropists and project leaders

In this renovated architectural gem, the information and training space will welcome both patrons who wish to get involved in supporting organisations or individual actors; but also volunteers who want to get involved; or even project leaders and organisations, eager to enrich their knowledge, improve their projects and publicise their actions.

An iconic location reinvented by Ligne Roset Contract

The studio sought to reveal and enhance the architectural heritage of this emblematic building, while embedding a new story oriented towards the future and new uses. The Philanthro-Lab has welcomed its first occupants since September 2020.
